Time Management
After completing the time management activity, I was able to do some introspection on the amount of time I spend on activities in my day-to-day life. I discovered some important things.

First of all, the amount of time I spend on a certain activity doesn't correlate to how much I value it. For example, I spend over 8 hours sleeping, and while sleeping is important, it's not one of the things that I "value." To me, time management is about balancing the things we need to do with the things we want to do - I can't spend all the time I want to on the things I want to do, but I can make sure that I set enough time aside to stay sane.

When I have too many commitments at once, I have to decide which ones are worth doing and which ones need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Faced with two activities that require my time, I have to decide which one has higher benefits compared to the costs. Often times, the things I want to do must be cut in order to get the "needs" done; however, there must be enough time to get fun things in.
