Unit 2: Les Fetes (The Holidays)

 

This unit, the holiday unit, required students to learn new vocabulary while gaining an understanding of French culture.

 

An important part of leadership is a respect and understanding of a diverse set of cultures and beliefs.  To be a good leader, one must incorporate each unique group into a unified force.  This unit allowed me to gain important insight into French culture; on a larger note, it allowed me to gain an appreciation for cultures other than my own.
