Leadership is something that we develop every single day through our decisions, goals, and interactions with people as well as the work that we do and the way we react to feedback from others.

To help better understand this, during our tenth grade year we kept "Leadership Logs" that we used to reflect on our leadership skills.  An example of one can be found under the Academics page in the English section.

In the future, I won't be writing Leadership Logs, but I will be using the things that I learned through Leadership 10 - that leadership is a process - in everything that I do.
