Every single person has a distinct personality.  How we understand our personality and are able to tolerate the personalities of others helps determine how successful of a leader we are.

To model personality, we were asked a series of questions regarding our own personalities.  I discovered that I worry a lot and am disorganized, but am seen as hardworking and compassionate.  It was interesting to view my personality through the lens of my own personal view as well as with words that had both positive and negative connotations.

In the future, I will remember that my personality is unique, but that I often times want to work with someone that may not have the same personality as me.  AS the Presidential Cabinet activity showed, the personalities of others that we would want to work with often do not look like our own.
